The purpose of this application is to dredge sediment at the Syncro lift, Container dock and Terminal C berth in the Town of Hay River so as to maintain adequate riverside barge access. The material acquired from the dredging activities will be placed on land owned by Marine Transportation Services. This area has been dredged in the past under Licence MV2000L8-0013.
